After trying other vrm's and noticing that not many people put in the time to go through each models and made sure the ICAO's are correct, I decided to create my own vrm. After days and counting of going through each model and in sim testing I'm satisfied with the final product. I've had zero red texts popup in Vpilot and I've been using it for months now. I have every single AIG model installed(40.7gb+). I will be updating the VMR frequently so be sure to check back to get the latest VRM. :)
**AIG AI MANAGER REQUIRED**
**This VMR does not provide the AIG models**
*INSTALLATION*:
Drag and drop the file into Documents/vPilot Files
SETUP:
- Open Vpilot
- Open settings
- Click the + to the left of Model Matching (MSFS)
- Custom Rules
- Add Custom Rules
- Then navigate to vPilot Files
- Click the VMR file then open
- Make sure its top Priority on the list

Thanks for continuing to update. I very rarely get the red messages on vpilot, and when I do, it's some silly fake livery, that doesn't matter anyway. Appreciate the effort on this.

Thank you for your hardwork. Can confirm that this is the best one yet. no red flags in Vpilot. The ones that aren't able to matched, will show as columbian livery but nonetheless better than default.

I have all liveries installed but it still gives me VPilot errors on EasyJet, British Airways, Ryanair...

I've ran into issues with people using aircrafts with a airline that doesn't use that aircraft irl so that might be the issue. Unfortunately if some1 logs into vatsim with the wrong ICAO you'll get red texts.

Noticed one thing that need updating is the Norwegian entries. They changed their callsign so NSZ and NOZ and dont use NAX anymore

can you make a video tutorial?

what exactly do you need a tutorial on? How to get the AIG models or vrm installation?

This VRM file works very well. Thanks @jamnick for sharing this. You're hard work, has saved many a VATSIM pilots a lot of hard work.
For others reading this, I just want to give an alternative to all the tutorials out there. Here's how I got my model matching for VATSIM up and running quickly and easily. I downloaded BritishAvgeeks "aig-aitraffic-oci-beta" file from the link he posted here on FS.to. I put that oci file in the folder I keep all my addons (I use an addon linker...). I then added this VRM file from jamnick to the BritishAvgeek oci file. In vPilot, under the model matching tab, I added the custom VRM rules from jamnick, and BritishAvgeek, giving highest priority to jamnick's VRM file. That's it. No making an AVSIM account, or using the installer, etc. Just drag and drop, and create rule.
Is this VRM 100% as claimed? Dunno. I've tested it a bit now in Europe, and the U.S., and have yet to get a red model matching error message in vPilot. I think this VRM file is a winner.

I'm happy to see that you're having zero issues with the VRM. Just to clarify, why are you running multiple VRM's? For my VRM all you need is my VRM and the AIG models. There is no need for multiple VRM's unless you're running other model matching sources alongside AIG models. For me personally I just have my VRM and the AIG models in my community folder.

Is this standalone? Meaning, do I need to install the AIG manager? do I need to install the AI traffic controller? Does it matter if I have aerosoft simple traffic in my community folder? Can I keep it? I assume, the way this works is, I spawn and then launch vpilot then this feeds the liveries and all the aircraft turns to proper colors. Correct?
Thank you for sharing this

Yes you do need the AIG manager to get all the models. Secondly, you only need AI traffic controller if you want to use live real world traffic and not vatsim (this VRM is for Vatsim only). No it will not conflict with Aerosoft AI traffic. The way the vrm works is when some1 spawns in with their callsign and Aircraft ICAO, vpilot will use the vrm to look for the model that matches their aircraft in your community folder. So as long as you have the AIG models installed it will inject it into your sim. I hope this helps :)
