You can sell any product related to Microsoft Flight Simulator. We do not support X-Plane, FSX or any other simulators. Besides that, we do not allow selling single liveries, Google Maps imports or other minor modifications. You must own the rights for all products you want to sell. In case of doubt please contact our support.
You decide whether you want to sell your items exclusively or non-exclusively on Flightsim.to. Depending on your decision, you will then be charged the fees shown on the left per successful sale. Our fees are deducted from your final payouts. Click here for more information and examples.
We support multiple payout options: PayPal, SEPA, SWIFT and WISE. Payouts are made on a NET-30 term. That means, all revenue made from the sale of your product within one month, less our share, will be paid to you within 30 days after the end of the month. As an concrete example, all sales from January will be paid to you by the end of February at the latest.
You sell your products to us. We buy the products from you and resell them to end customers. That is our role. As you are not acting as a seller in relation to the customer, you do not have to deal with taxes that you would otherwise have to collect by selling directly in your own name to customers worldwide. Less work and frustration for you. Of course, you may still have to pay tax on our payouts, depending on the legal situation in your country.
We provide you with powerful tools to manage your products. You can change the price, view sales and set coupons and discount promotions as you wish. But: Our team has to approve each of these changes - this usually takes a few minutes to hours, but can sometimes take a little longer. Otherwise, you remain in full control of your products and pricing.
Flightsim.to is dedicated to offering feasible solutions to help protect creators from fraud and scam attempts as much as possible. Unfortunately, selling your work online will always involve some risk of your product being shared with others. Flightsim.to has an automatic IP-based security system in place that will help prevent fraudulent transactions. The system blocks particular IP addresses from making purchases through your checkout, essentially VPN or Proxy networks. For digital products, Flightsim.to provides you with access to order information that you can use as supporting evidence in dispute cases. For example, if the customer has attempted to download product files prior to requesting a refund, you will be able to verify this information yourself and use it as proof in a dispute.
You have to take care of product-specific support. This means that if a customer has problems, issues or questions with one of your products, you have to offer them help and support. You can use your own website, phone hotline or email address for this. Whatever it is, you must be able to answer customer inquiries within 48 hours. On the other hand, we take care of payment modalities and all support requests concerning payment and our platform. You do not have to take care of that - you can focus on your products.
Customers can download product files right away from via the download link we send them to their inbox after the order is confirmed, and they can find the product files to download on our platform. We allow you to set up simple file uploads, but also license generation via a pre-defined list or PHP remote script on your servers. You can drop us a message for any special requests. We'll make it fit.
As already mentioned, you do not sell to the end customer yourself, but you sell to us. Thus, we're not naming you seller. We at Flightsim.to see you as a partner - because your success is our success, and vice versa. Partner fits much better, because we work closely together.
