Subtle Taxi Ribbon:

This mod will change your Taxi Ribbon to make it into smaller orbs that is animated to show the direction of your taxiing. This mod is based on Cygnific's Animated Taxi Ribbon mod which I have modified to be recolored green to blend well with the taxiway centrelights. This mod will make the taxi ribbon less obtrusive and more immersive when using it.

Known Issues:

At the moment, using just the new version might make the blue/green parking box at the end to appear again. The  current workaround is to still install the old version with any size that you want to the official folder. Then also install the new version to the community folder. That way, the old version will still make the parking box invisible, while the taxi ribbon itself will be overridden by the new version in the community folder. This is a temporary workaround until Cygnific and I can find a way to make the parking box integrated to the community folder mod and make it invisible again.

Installation:

• Download the previous version 1.25.7.0 of this mod.
• Choose the taxi ribbon size that you want, open that folder, and extract the fs-base folder to your Official Folder location, making sure you replace the existing file.
• Download the main file version 8.0 of this mod.
• Extract the downloaded subtle-taxi-ribbon folder to your community folder.

Uninstallation:

• Delete the subtle-taxi-ribbon folder from your community folder.
• Open the Backup folder from the version 1.25.7.0 of this mod and extract the fs-base folder to your official folder location, making sure you replace the existing file.

Alternative Taxi Ribbon mod:

If you prefer to retain the parking box, I recommend you check out RXP Small Taxi Helpers 3D-VR mod by CptLucky that modifies the parking box to look like painted lines on the apron while also making the taxi ribbon smaller and more immersive.
