https://youtu.be/exTPkJWxb08 This is a video showing the changes made with this tweak.
Important - This download is not support by Fenix. If it breaks anything Fenix cannot provide support. Please backup the original 'Effects' folder in case you want to restore the original FX
The Fenix A320 is an amazing add-on for MSFS but it was missing volumetric effect on the strobes. I have edited the .FX file so that they now include this effect. I've also brighten the beacons (upper and lower). Unfortunatly I'm not able to stop the lower beacon reflecting on the fan blades and the inner enine nose cowl.
To Install
1 - Backup your current Effects folder and keep somewhere safe (in case you want to restore the original .FX files)
2 - Unzip and replace the 'Effects' folder in the 'fnx-aircraft-320'. This is in your 'Community' folder \Community\fnx-aircraft-320
Permission to edit and share the .FX files was obtained from Fenix. Thank you to the Fenix team.

Works perfectly,
It's just a pity that you have to add it again after the update.

Hi!
People say that Fenix software automatically returns any modified files to original after some time.
Is there anyway to bypass that and keep your effect files?
Thx!

I'm not aware of this and Fenix gave no indication of this 'feature' when I contacted them to seek approval to share. If it is the case I'm not aware of an automatic solution to ensure volumetric effect on the strobes stays. I hope that Fenix will correct the FX files during the next update so that any tweak is not required.

Hello, there is a video where can we see this effects working before we install the mod? Thanks and regards

Good suggestion, but it will take me some time to make. If you backup your effects folder you can revert back to the Fenix default in seconds if you are not keen on the tweak.
