| ✈️ Toolbar widget for MSFS2020 to display latest SimBrief flight plan ✈️
You can easily download all the most important data without leaving the simulator. Useful if you only have one monitor or you're in VR.
Username in settings is persisted. Plan is stored in the session, so it won't be visible on next simulator start - most propably you'll want to fetch new one anyway.
List of data displayed in this plugin:
- Airline & Flight No.
- Aircraft ICAO code
- Origin airport ICAO code with elevation information
- Destination airport ICAO code with elevation information
- Alternate airport ICAO code with elevation information
- Cruise FL
- Cost Index
- Block fuel
- Extra fuel
- Reserve fuel
- Alternate fuel
- FINRES+ALTN
- ZFW
- TOW
- Payload weight
- Cargo weight
- Pax / Bag count
- TOC wind
- TOC temp
- TOC ISA dev
- AVG wind
- Routing - full route with SID/STAR information and runway number information for origin and destination airport
Installation:
- Unzip downloaded file
- Copy simbox-panel folder in your "Community" folder

It's not showing up in the Sim. It was working yesterday. I installed it according to the instructions, like I did yesterday.

Nope. It's not on the list. GSX and FS2Crew is showing up, but not Simbrief Panel. Strange, because it was working yesterday.

I couldn't get it to work, until I put my Simbrief ALIAS in, not my full name, not my (numeric) Pilot ID. Hope this helps others.

I'm flying a cessna longitude . Subscribed to Navigraph. I've been making plans in Symbrief for a long time. Installed your utility. I enter a username, and I get Could not Fetch plan . Help solve the problem.

Make sure you restart simulator after putting into Community dir. Also make sure you unzip the file

It's a "fortune" to have such an application at hand, it saves a lot of time, especially when one flies real in the virtual world. Why only 3.5 stars? This doesn't work for me 😞
When I put in the simbrief's username and press SAVE, the warning "Settings saved" appears, but nothing else happens. The other buttons (FETCH/RESET/SETTINGS) do not appear. Only the SAVE button.

This is a great tool. Well on its way to being the most downloaded utility I bet 😊 - In the end everyone is going to want some piece of data and you'll eventually get requests until every part of the OFP is in the panel.
If you are using the Simbrief API to request the data elements, I think the best thing to do long run is to make a cfg file or small GUI where you can select the items you want to be listed, and leave the items you don't care about unchecked. Just thinking as I read the comments and see how each person needs or wants different data.
Huge gap you are filling with an app like this. Congrats on the great work.
