As requested on Flightsim.to, I have created the Hapag Lloyd D-AMAY (80's Livery) for the A300-600 by Inibuilds. It is made with great precision and chrome engines as it was back then. This aircraft had a very interesting life! On April 1st 1976 (no joke) this aircraft was delivered to Germanair under the D-AMAY registration. Less than a year later on January 1st 1977 Germanair changed names into Bavaria-Germanair. The airline's main area of activity was operating charter flights from German airports to European holiday destinations. The airline ceased to operate and lost its separate identity when it was merged into Hapag-Lloyd Flug on 1 January 1979. On April 5th 1979 the A300 registered D-AMAY was repainted in the Hapag Lloyd colors as in this repaint. It stayed with Hapag Lloyd untill March 11th 1988 where it was sold to Condor and flew little over a year with the same registration for that company. Condor sold the aircraft to Air Inter on March 19th 1989 who flew this bird under registration F-BUAR untill Air Tara bought it on December 12th 1993. It was then registered EI-CJK which was the final registration for this beauty, but not the final owner. In August 1995 Translift Airways became the new propretary who then leased it to Sobelair (the long forgotten belgian airline). In July 2001 the aircraft was broken up for parts in Bournemouth Hurn (EGHH). The registration D-AMAY still exists on this day. It is linked to a Boeing from Tui Fly Deutschland.
The selcal code is the real one for this aircraft. The hex code is fictional.
Warning:
You will need the Inibuilds A300-600 payware in order to get this one to work.
Installation information:
To fly this beautiful lady, you will need to unzip the file into your MSFS/Community folder. Then start MSFS.
